That $500 retainer client I closed last Monday ended up being a nightmare
Spent 3 days fixing their mismatched CRM data before I even started the actual work, and they complained about turnaround time. Has anyone else had a client expect magic for a basic package?

Did they actually read your package details before signing or just skip straight to the signature line?

Right, because who has time to read "Fragile: Do Not Crush" when you can just scribble a squiggle and move on? Driver scribbled his name before my finger left the screen. Bet he could sign for a live alligator and not blink.
