Busted my compass trying to impress other hikers on the trail
Now I just use my phone's GPS, way less embarrassing.

My friend Ben in Denver freaked out over a $200 charge error on his credit card statement. He spent three days stressed, thinking his account was compromised. The bank fixed it with one phone call, and the agent said it happens all the time. He realized he'd made it way bigger in his head.
