My buddy swore The Room was the worst movie ever, but I found a new champion

So my friend Dave has been telling me for years that The Room is the pinnacle of so bad it's good cinema. I finally watched it last month and yeah, it's hilarious, but I stumbled onto something even better. Found this 1980s sci-fi flick called The Alien Within on a dollar DVD rack at a thrift store in Tucson. The acting is wooden, the alien looks like a deflated pool toy, and there's a scene where the hero trips over a wire for no reason and they just left it in. Has anyone else found a movie that makes Tommy Wiseau look like a professional?

Oh man, The Alien Within sounds like a masterpiece of horrible filmmaking. My own personal crown jewel of awful movies is this straight-to-DVD horror called Zombie Beach Party, where the zombies wear cheap plastic masks and spend half the movie dancing to a synth song that loops every 10 seconds. I actually threw my back out trying to find the remote to turn it off, so that's the level of pain we're talking about. What's the weirdest blooper you've seen left in a movie?

Heard someone say the cameraman actually tripped over a zombie in that one and they just kept filming...
