Burned $40 on a 'professional grade' silicone mat that melted into my cookies on the first use

I found out the hard way that the cheap dollar store parchment paper I've been using for years actually works better than this overpriced gimmick, has anyone else had a baking tool fail so hard it ruined a whole batch?

Oh man that's brutal. I had a similar thing happen with a nonstick baking sheet that looked perfect and then warped so bad in the oven that all my cookie dough slid right off into a puddle on the bottom. Nothing worse than spending good money on something that just ruins your hard work.
