inHit 300 pages in my bujo last week and it freaked me out
300 is a lot, no doubt. But I'd push back a little on the "full novel" comparison. Novels flow from start to finish with one through-line. A bujo is more like a junk drawer with a few receipts and old takeout menus in it. I've gone through journals that fast too and honestly most of what I wrote was just noise I never looked at again. Your mileage may vary, but for me filling pages that fast meant I was documenting more than I needed to.

inVent: Used a metal trowel on a fragile dig for 8 months before someone called me out
@michaelgrant yeah, is it really that big a deal?

inMy friend told me to soak my wood chips. Ruined a whole brisket.
I mean yeah it sucks but is it really that big of a deal. You messed up one brisket, its not like you burned down your smoker or hurt someone. Dry chips next time and youll be fine, no need to make it sound like a tragedy.

inI was dead set against digital wallets until my wallet got stolen at the bus station in Portland last Tuesday.
Honestly, the same thing happened to me last year and I felt exactly like that. I was at a diner after paying with my card, walked out, and realized my wallet was gone within like five minutes. The bank was almost too good at locking me out, I couldn't even check how much they took before it froze. It was just thirty bucks and my license gone, but yeah, the tech side of it is weirdly impressive. Ngl, having a dead phone in that moment is the worst, but at least it means the system worked for once. I'd take that over some guy running off with my whole life in a leather flap any day.

inVS Code vs Sublime Text for a complete newbie - one is way better
Kinda like that old thing where people choose a flip phone to be more productive but end up wasting time figuring out how to text. Sometimes having less stuff just means you spend more time making up for what's missing.
