My buddy showed me a trick with peach wood on chicken
I was at a BBQ cook-off last weekend and talked to a pitmaster who swears by peach wood for smoking chicken. He said it gives a sweet, mild smoke that doesn't overpower the meat. I tried it at home, and my chicken came out super juicy with a hint of fruitiness. Have you all tried other woods for poultry?

Actually tried smoking but left the grill open like an idiot. More like mildly warm apple-scented air. Still got a hint of flavor though, probably from all the smoke that escaped first. Guess I should read the manual next time.
