Warning: SpaghettiOs vs store brand was not even close
I did a side by side taste test last night between name brand SpaghettiOs and the generic from Food City. The store brand was $1.10 cheaper a can but the pasta was mushy and the sauce was watery. Not worth the savings for me. Has anyone found a bargain brand that actually holds up?

Right there with you lol. I tried a generic once from Walmart and it was basically soggy pasta blobs floating in orange water, couldn't even finish the bowl. The texture difference is wild, name brand actually holds its shape and the sauce sticks to it better. I don't think I'd ever try bargain brand again after that disaster, the savings just aren't worth eating something that gross.
