My sister said our family's 'one big vacation' flight uses more carbon than her car does in a year.

We were arguing about her getting an electric vehicle, and she hit me with that stat from a carbon calculator site, which kinda made my push for a fancy trip to Hawaii seem totally backwards, you know?

Yeah that's a tough one. We ended up doing a train trip instead of flying, felt way better about it. Kinda turned into its own adventure too.

Oh man, that sounds awesome! I tried a train trip once and got SO lost in the snack car I almost missed my stop. Still beats airport stress though, hands down.

Wait how do you get lost in a snack car? It's just one little room! Did you go in a circle or something? Honestly that sounds like the best way to almost miss your stop, at least you had snacks. Train trips are the best for weird little stories like that.
