I was at the grocery store in Portland and saw a 'natural' juice with more sugar than soda.
The bottle said 'no artificial colors' but had 42 grams of sugar per serving, which is more than a can of cola, so I'm wondering what other 'healthy' labels are just hiding bad stuff.

Started reading the ingredient list first, not the front label.

That's actually the right way to do it. The front label is just marketing, you know, all the healthy buzzwords. The real story is always in the ingredients on the back. I found a "natural" juice once where the first ingredient was basically corn syrup. You have to check the order they list things, because that's by weight. If sugar is in the top three, it's a dessert.

But is it really that big a deal?
