I overheard a potential hire on a Zoom call say 'their work looks like they haven't updated since 2019, so they're probably not serious.' That made me finally spend a full day last week redoing my whole site with just five recent, specific projects. How often do you all actually refresh your main portfolio page?

Yeah, that's a brutal wake-up call. I try to do a quick pass every six months, even if it's just swapping out one project. Letting it get stale sends the wrong message for sure.
