Warning: My biggest client ghosted me right before a $5,000 project deadline
I was in my home office in Austin, finalizing the last graphics for their new site, when all my emails started bouncing back. Their phone was disconnected too. I had already turned down other work for that slot. I had to scramble and use my emergency fund to cover rent that month. Has anyone else had a client just vanish into thin air like that?

Oh man, welcome to the club. I once had a client ghost me so hard I started checking the obituaries.
