Warning: I keep seeing new guys at the county fair in Springfield set their anvil stands way too high.

After watching a kid strain his back for three hours last weekend, I realized a stand at the wrong height forces you into a bad swing and will wreck your shoulder over time, so what's your go-to method for finding that sweet spot?

Seen that exact thing. My rule is stand height at your knuckles when your arm hangs loose. Saves your back for sure.

Yeah, that's the move. I had to learn that after a week of sore shoulders.

Man, that's the golden rule right there. Learned it the hard way myself.
