Hit 150 yards on a drive for the first time at 42 years old
I'm not a big golfer but my buddy dragged me to the range last Saturday. Been going maybe once a month for a year. I finally connected with the driver right and it went 150. Felt like a small win but also made me realize how much I neglect fit in clothes. All my polos are too tight in the shoulders now. Anyone else notice their wardrobe stops working when you pick up a new hobby?

You said "small win" but honestly... that's a 150 yard drive after a year of once a month practice? That's pretty average for someone your age who doesn't even play regularly. I don't see why that needs a whole post about it.

Helped a friend move last weekend and my golf shirts snapped right across the back. You notice it most when you start using muscles you haven't touched since high school. What exercises have you found that actually prevent your work polos and casual button downs from turning into compression shirts?

Rolled up to work the other day and my favorite button-down ripped when I reached for a coffee cup. @gray875 gets it, nothing says "midlife crisis" like replacing your entire closet because your lats woke up. 150 yards is respectable for a once-a-month guy, but Viola maybe needs to hit the range herself before judging a minor victory.
