Serious observation: Cookie-cutter trends are suffocating originality in my city's design scene
Honestly, I've noticed that every boutique in my neighborhood is now stocking identical oversized blazers and cargo pants. Tbh, it feels like designers are just regurgitating Instagram trends instead of innovating. Ngl, I miss the days when local fashion weeks showcased unique, intricate embroidery and bold color palettes. It's frustrating how safety in design has become the norm over creative risk-taking.
