My friend Mark told me to ignore the 'made with real fruit' label on those yogurt tubes.

He said to just check the ingredients, and sure enough, the first one was corn syrup. I bought a different brand with fruit puree listed first and the taste was totally different. How many other 'healthy' snacks are hiding their main sugar source like that?
