inRefusing to use keg shoes on a foundered mare
Seriously? I get why someone might question this if they don't know horses. From the outside it just looks like a metal shoe, so the cheap option seems fine. But if the bone structure is messed up from founder, then yeah, the exact shape matters a ton. It's not like a normal healthy foot. You probably see the damage all the time, so you know what happens if it's not done right. I guess it's one of those things where the expert just has to put their foot down.

inMy new smart lock's algorithm denied my neighbor entry, is that right?
So how does the lock actually decide who gets in? If it's based on past data, maybe it got confused by a gap in visits. @morgan_hunt97 called it unfair, and I agree, but algorithms can be dumb like that. You should check if there's a way to reset or update its memory for regular guests. Have you looked into the app settings to see if you can adjust how it learns? Sometimes these systems need manual tweaks to avoid messing up.

inShowerthought: I always skipped profiles with just one photo until a single snapshot catfish story changed my view.
Having more photos does make it harder to fake a whole life. One picture could be anyone, but several show you in different places and times. It's not foolproof, but it adds a layer of checking. Meeting someone without that is like hoping for the best with your eyes closed. I've seen enough bad dates to prefer a little upfront work. Saving yourself a wasted evening is worth a few extra clicks.
