A deepfake video of my aunt made me stop sharing family posts

Should we really be that worried?

Found a weirdly good sleep aid in this community's photo dumps

Man, @brianm66, my own attempts at making a calm space usually end with me knocking over a paint can. For me, it's all soft colors and nothing too busy going on. My brain just shuts off looking at a simple field or a quiet lake, no sharp edges or loud stuff happening. It's like a visual deep breath when my own place is just a toolbox explosion. Probably because real life is so noisy and cluttered, a clean picture feels like a reset button.

A picnic joke about quartzite flipped my view on dull stones

Glad you found beauty in something most people would just walk past.

The park guide's fun facts kept my sister interested the whole hike

Got laughed at once for pointing at a chipmunk and yelling 'squirrel!' Now I check for stripes every time. It's like a tiny game I play with myself. Makes walks way more fun. Who knew such a small detail could change everything? What's your go-to way to tell them apart?

A butter knife worked better than my old crimper on stubborn coax ends

You're totally right that the right tool is best for avoiding damage! But in a real pinch, like when you're on a job and something's missing, careful use of a flathead can save the day. It's all about having a steady hand and not forcing it. With some experience, you can tell when to back off before stripping threads. Still, for everyday work, buying the right tools is the way to go!
